I have some ideas on the applicability of human psychology , a kind of modern scientific study of the mind and behavior. It explores how biological, environmental, and cognitive factors—such as memory, perception, and social conditioning—shape our thoughts, feelings, and actions . The success of any orgnaization is connected with the devlopment of such factors among its employees. Before giving appointment order, the employer must be clever to choose the proper candidates . Because they only can cater the concern at all times - voluntarily involve in the promotion and performance of the company with his creative and innovative ideas, take part in its ups and downs-maintain good relationship with employer and co-workers etc., Beyond the required qualifictions,specificed skill and wellness of the body, one must know the social attitude of the employee that is the connecting factor between employer-employee-public. This can be done very succefully with the help of human psychology. There are few well designed methods- (1) comparison between personal interview and group interview,(2)comparison between one's behaviour and stable character when they work alone and with group ,(3) questionnaire MCQ, (4) getting answers for typical set of questions. The study of human psychology helps to investigate the mind of criminals, the truthness of their statement can be studied and confirmed with the help of questionnaires properly prepared. It provides mind without fear. Counselling for couples waiting for divorce , for students who failed in their studies, for merchants lost his capitals can be done wiht Human psychology.
