Within the time taken by the earth to spin around once by itself, is it possible to have an amazing change in your personality, soft skill, professional excellence and other value added characters. As you are accustomed to think that all the changes in your life are spontaneous and gift of nature, you always feel that you are in no way responsible for that changes to take part in your life. But it is not true. A very large change can take place within a moment and you could be responsible for that also.
உன்னுடைய வாழ்கையில் நிகழும் மாற்றங்கள் எல்லாம் தன்னிச்சையாக விளைபவை என்று எண்ணுவதற்கே பழக்கப் பட்டுவிட்டதால் நிகழும் மாற்றங்களுக்கு நீ ஒருபோது காரணமாக இருப்பதில்லை என்றே நினைக்கின்றாய்.ஆனால் அது உண்மையில்லை. பெரிய அளவிலான மாற்றங்கள் குறுகிய காலத்தில் கூட நிகழக் கூடும்.அதற்கு நீயே கூட காரணமாக இருக்க முடியும்.

பூமி தன்னைத் தானே ஒரு முறை சுற்றி வர எடுத்துக் கொள்ளும் 24 மணி நேரத்தில் இயற்கையில் என்னவெல்லாம் நிகழ்கின்றது என்பதை நீ முழுமையாக அறிந்தால் மிகவும் ஆச்சரியப் பட்டுப் போவாய் .
(i) A clock ticks 86400 times
(ii) Heart of an average human beats 72 times per minute,and it is 103680 times per day. Every time it pumps out 70 ml of blood for circulation.i.e.,5 litres per minute, 300 lts per hour, 7200 lts per day. This is under normal conditions. When the body involves in any work the cardiac output increases upto 25 lts per minute. It is 5 times higher than the normal.
(iii) Every day 2.5 billion new red cells are produced to replace the wear out red cells.
(iv) The two kidneys filter 1400 lts of blood per day and excrete 1.5 lts of urine per day as an average.
(v) Breathing rate differs in accordance with situations. During lying 9 lts of air per minute is inhaled .It is 18 lts in sitting, 27 lts in walking and 56 lts in running. In a breath an average human inhales half litre of air. It means a normal man with a breathing rate of 20 per minute respires 10 lts of air per minute and in a day it amounts to 14400 lts of air.
(vi) Light travels with a tremendous speed of 3 x 105 km per second. In a day it is unimaginable 2592 crore km.
(vii) Earth spins round with a speed of 465 metre per second at its equator. Thus a man residing at the equator of earth travels a distance of about 40,000 km in a day.
(viii) Earth revolves round the sun with a speed of 30 km/sec. It means that a man is dragged along with the earth through a distance of about 2.6 lakh km/day.
(ix) Earth receives solar energy at the rate of 1400 joule/sq.m/sec. A fraction of this energy received by the earth in a day gives food for all living beings for a day.
(x) Millions and millions of living beings are born in a day and approximately same number die in a day.
In nature it is quite amazing, when we come to know what changes are happening within 24 hours.
